What if I want a Payment Gateway to be integrated as well? Does Aasaan Checkout provide Payment Gateway / Payment collection facility as well?
Aasaan Checkout works with all payment partners that you can find on Woocommerce such as Safexpay, Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Paytm, and many others. If you need a payment partner, our world-class Safexpay payments platform is also available and easy to integrate.

Aasaan Checkout is flexible when it comes to payment partners. You can use it with your current payment partners like Safexpay, Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Paytm, and more without issues.
Who would be settling the amount transacted on my website?
Your Payment Gateway will settle the transaction amount to you and not Aasaan Checkout.
Who would be handling transaction related grievances?
All the transaction related grievances will be handled by your Payment Partner. Aasaan Checkout doesn’t handle transactions in any form.

Aasaan Checkout provides a quick, seamless & standardized checkout experience to you when you shop from our partner brands’ websites.
What do I have to do for signing up with Aasaan?
When you make your first purchase through any of our partner brand/s, your account will be automatically created. You can choose to opt out of signing up with Aasaan if you prefer.

Who has access to my data?
Only you can access your data using the OTP authentication. All the data is securely stored in an encrypted format. We ensure utmost security, privacy and conduct periodic audits of the system.
How do I change my default address?
Once registered as an Aasaan user, you can edit, add, mark as default, and delete the addresses during your checkout on the partner brand’s website.
How do I change my primary contact number?
To change your primary contact number, please send us an email at help@aasaan.the4psolutions.info with your request, as it is not currently possible to make this change directly on our platform.
